The Ogaki Robot Hackathon on 9 / 3-4 was the first catalyst for the development of the god of the toilet.

At that time, Mr. Hirai's idea was to create a toilet god in a hackathon based on the idea of watching over a child's toilet.
By the way, the members at that time were a team of myself (in charge of the server), Mr. Doi (in charge of the toilet seat), and Mr. Hirai (in charge of the idea and robot).
As a result, the hackathon won the jury's special prize, but I was a little disappointed because I was aiming for the highest prize.
According to the judge's evaluation, putting the robot's pepper in the toilet also has a camera, privacy issues, and above all, pepper was too big and missed the top prize in the part.
After all, it was a waste of time to end the god of the toilet as it is, so I would invite the members to proceed with the development and continue the development.
For a while, Mr. Doi worked on the toilet seat, and in November I began to implement server processing to control the toilet seat, microphone, and speaker lighting.
The application deadline was until 21/21, so I will continue to work at night until then.
Shortly after the application on November 21st was completed, I was relieved to hear from the MA secretariat that I was selected for the final of the Iot category.

I didn't really think that 11/26 was the final of the Iot category at this time, and I didn't even prepare the LT materials at all,
Actually, I was preparing materials and making an expedition to Tokyo in a considerable amount of slapstick.
The result at this time was second in the Iot category, but as a result, I could not go to the final and I could not go to the second, so I was full of regret here.
… But I didn't know that there was a notification of the theme award winning at this time, and as a result, when I was decided to advance to the second, I felt relieved that Oita was relieved.

At the second stage, we challenged the LT materials by reflecting the points pointed out by the judges in the final of the Iot category.
The main point was that the seating confirmation part of the toilet seat was highly evaluated, so the LT document was corrected so that that part was brought to the fore.
As a result, he made it to the final stage with 3rd place out of 55 works.
(Is it the third place again ...)
And I will challenge the final stage.
There is a feeling that the brush-up on the final stage has already been done, and there is a concern that poor repairs will be a nuisance, so I decided to continue with the presentation at the second stage.
However, I wanted to make the voice and character of God that I had left behind at the time of the second look like God, so I am repairing that part.

In the final stage, I was struggling with problems such as wifi not being connected and the line speed being slow, but I felt that the demo part managed to work well, but I ended up safely, and as a result, I was in 3rd place. Then, as the result that I went up to the 2nd or 3rd place until the end, I ended the curtain with a good feeling.

Lastly, I am very grateful to Mr. Doi for dating me from the hackathon in Ogaki to the final stage. As a companion who supplemented what I could not do (Iot part), I often learned work easily.
